My Blog Fail

Heh. Look around.

Seriously, though, when I started blogging, I had no idea what tags were or how to put my posts into categories. All that has changed now, thankfully.

What this means is, since I’ve not had the time to go back and change the older posts, from 2007 until about a year ago, or so, those old posts are not in any category (or in the uncategorized category).

I aim to change that.

Over the next few weeks (hopefully it won’t take that long) I plan to put all those old posts into various categories and clean up around here. Certain posts might be removed all together, so if you want to save something in particular, do it now. Of course, comments on those posts will go away as well, so if anyone has made a comment that you liked, save it somehow now, while you can.

Hopefully, when this is all done, the House will look a bit nicer and people can enjoy (snort!) those older posts like they do the newer stuff.

Alright. Take care and thanks for reading.

Yeah the lightbulb about tags came on for me and my friends on our paranormal blog a few months ago. We finally realised that tags are the search words people use in Google and elsewhere to find information on sites. Our traffic certainly picked up once we started using tags. Of course our blog isn’t as old as this one. We’re just coming up on a year old next month. Good luck on your project.
