Movie Review: Steamboy

Starring: Anna Paquin, Patrick Stewart (voices).
Plot: A young boy genius in Victorian London works with steam technology to invent machines to ease the burdens of society. Torn between loyalty to his grandfather and father (both of whom are using steamtech to further their own beliefs) and doing what is right, Ray must choose the correct path.
Notes: This movie was written by the same man who wrote Akira. Unlike Akira, this movie makes sense all the way through. Visually the movie is stunning. The story lags and becomes more like modern animae the further the story progresses.
Rating: Worth Watching; Two Goons out of Five.
